Coco did an incredible blow out for my dear friend, she's so talented! I wanted to make sure she got some kudos for her great styling and blow dry techniques. Great vibe here and the location is amazing! We are doing some photo shoots and pics so of course having great hair is very important!

My daughter is a toddler and wasn't in the mood to get her Shirley temple service and the staff was so kind and didn't charge me so I tipped pretty well for my service. I loved my stylist - awesome Persian beauty who joked with me and made my hair sparkle. Very professional staff and a fun place! I'm usually in Westlake but headed here for a wedding weekend. So glad they fit me in!

I've been to Drybars across the country and this one ranks near the top of the list. For people having a tough time calling and making an appointment, the app is very seamless and efficient. The stylist asked what I wanted and took the time to understand my needs. Everything was perfect and she took her time and got it right. Can't wait to go back!

Whoa - what's with all the hatin' here? Three Stars? I disagree. Now, I am no expert, but I took my high schooler who got a great blowout. She didn't really know what she wanted, and had limited experience. But, the stylist was patient and kind, and things were made easier with the book of styles to consider. It seemed maybe odd to pick from a book, but hey, whatever works. Once a style was chosen, the stylist did a great job. It was not crazy-expensive, and the salon itself felt clean and comfortable. Any discussions between client and stylist were easy and clear. The end result was a very positive experience. We will definitely return. The blowout was great, and next time, we'll try a trim. Easy to get to, Drybar - Santa Monica worked out really well. Let the haters hate, but we had a good experience here. A note about communication: Nobody seems to answer the phone. They request that you book via email. Kinda impersonal, and hard to modify your services. Their website is a little unhelpful, not as straightforward in getting you to the requested store.
